Your role

We are looking for a proactive and technically driven Technical Projects Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with Sales, Integration teams, contractors, and customers to deliver high-quality, profitable solutions.

  • Act as the Technical contact for M&E Contractors.
  • Manage the complete project scope & design, from inception to delivery, ensuring completion is in line with projected profit levels.
  • Plan and prioritise costing and proposal activities to achieve agreed business objectives.
  • Lead projects and the technical process from proposal to delivery.
  • Undertake customer site visits, understanding the end customers process, and identifying opportunities beyond the initial scope.
  • Prepare and send Project Proposals, Project Plans, Valuation Certificates, Milestone Reports, including the calculation of sales prices and profitability.
  • Support the development and promotion of the complete Optimisation Portfolio, including Central Control (Optimiser), Energy Recovery, SMARTLink Energy Licence, and AIRnet.

  • A solid understanding of the sales process and customer journey, with the ability to navigate from initial inquiry through to project completion.
  • An active growth mindset that embraces learning opportunities and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused attitude, demonstrating ownership and dedication in managing customer interactions through to resolution and post-project follow-up.
  • Familiarity with mechanical equipment and systems, enabling effective communication and technical decision-making within M&E contexts.
  • Strong IT proficiency, with a willingness to adopt new software tools and systems to streamline project management and reporting.
