Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety.

- Your day to day
- Represent Atlas Copco on-site with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Install, service, and troubleshootair compressors, dryers, gas generators, and related equipment
- Diagnosetechnical faults and delivering expert repairs with safety and efficiency
- Usedigital tools to log service activity, maintain up-to-date records, and report on performance
- Participatein our on-call schedule and supporting urgent service needs when required
- Attendlive training and regular team sessions to keep your knowledge and skills sharp
- Act as a brand ambassador and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement or added value
- Contributeto a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation across the wider service team
- Your Skills and experience
Key qualifications and attributes include
- Hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or engineering field roles, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating competency.
- Comfortable and confident in using standard IT applications and quick to adopt new digital tools and systems for service management.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence with a good driving record (no more than 3 points).
- Demonstrated adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong safety mindset in a fast-moving work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach and enthusiasm for resolving technical challenges.
