Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers' technology through your expertise. Responsibilities
- Representing Atlas Copco on-site with professionalism and a customerâfirst approach
- Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and related equipment
- Diagnosing technical faults and delivering expert repairs with safety and efficiency
- Using digital tools to log service activity, maintain up-to-date records, and report on performance
- Participating in our onâcall schedule and supporting urgent service needs when required
- Attending live training and regular team sessions to keep your knowledge and skills sharp
- Acting as a brand ambassador and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement or added value
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation across the wider service team
To succeed, you will need
- Handsâon experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or engineering field roles, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating competency.
- Comfortable and confident in using standard IT applications and quick to adopt new digital tools and systems for service management.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence with a good driving record (no more than 3 points).
- Demonstrated adaptability, proactive problemâsolving skills, and a strong safety mindset in a fastâmoving work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customerâoriented approach and enthusiasm for resolving technical challenges.
