Take ownership of financial reporting, planning and analysis, delivering clear insight and robust challenge that enables better commercial and operational decision‑making across the business.
Partner the Business & Influence Change
Work closely with operational and leadership teams to improve profitability, efficiency and performance, turning complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Lead Governance, Improvement & Growth
Champion financial controls, compliance and risk management while driving process improvements, automation and best‑practice ways of working. As Deputy Business Controller, you'll also provide leadership, support business reviews and ensure continuity of key finance activities.

- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with strong experience in a manufacturing or operational business environment.
- Commercially focused finance professional with expertise in management accounting, costing, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Strong business partner and influencer, able to build relationships across all levels and translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance efficiency, decision‑making and business performance.
- Driven and results‑oriented, with advanced Excel and ERP skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the leadership capability to drive change and develop others.
