- Four-year degree in any Business-related field is highly preferred. Will consider associates degree with work experience
- Ability to analyze data and recognize cost increases and decreases and their impact on the business
- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
- Strong communication skills in technical environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to support sourcing activities and technical discussions with suppliers, Engineering, and R&D
- Familiarity with CAD systems to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with suppliers, Engineering and R&D
