Edwards in Eastbourne is seeking a Team Leader for the late shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm–10:15pm; Fri 11:45am–5:45pm) on a 12-month fixed term. Lead and coach a production operator team to deliver safe, high-quality output, driving engagement and continuous improvement.
You will report to the Production Manager, focus on frontline leadership, and use VTPS to empower problem solving and process improvements while maintaining safety and quality.
