Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking a Lead Engineer – NPI & Engineering to join our Semiconductor Service Division in Burgess Hill. In this role, you will drive serviceability in new product development, ensuring products meet customer experience and lifecycle cost needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, embedding service requirements from early stages.

This hybrid role involves both remote and on-site work at our Global Technology Centre. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in mechanical engineering and strong communication skills, with experience in service engineering being advantageous.
