What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Managing the sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through to order
  • Identifying key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
  • Supporting the Internal Sales Manager with regional insights and strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Supporting and promoting the company’s Green Journey and commitment to sustainability

To succeed, you will need:

  • Experienced in sales (compressed air knowledge is a bonus, but not essential)
  • A positive “can do” team player with strong communication skills
  • Confident engaging with customers, especially in virtual environments
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a results-focused mindset
  • Creative and proactive in problem-solving and identifying business opportunities
