The Inside Sales Representative’s core mission is to own the end-to-end sales cycle for a specific customer base and incoming enquiries ensuring they deliver double-digit organic revenue growth—turning inbound demand and leads into quotes and invoiced orders.
You will:
- Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels to identify customer needs and uncover revenue generating cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Increase revenue by effectively managing leads through the full cycle—qualification, conversion, quotation, negotiation, quote-conversion, and closure.
- Execute and register in CRM the full sales cycle stages, from lead creation through order invoiced, providing relevant feedback at each stage.
- Master pricing tools to maintain a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline.
- Support customers in Atlas Copco’s customer-facing applications (Webshop, Parts on Line, Fleetlink, Power Connect).
- Support Field Sales by preparing quotes for spare parts and accessories.
- Flag and raise tickets when customer contact, pricing, stock or installed base data issues are identified.
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve the objectives.
