We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven individial to manage client projects from initial enquiry through to manufacture. You will play a key role in building long‑term client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly, and contributing to our continued growth and reputation for outstanding service and quality.

This is a hands‑on role combining sales, project management, and quoting, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Due to the nature of the business, this position is primarily office‑based; however, hybrid working may be available once you are fully competent in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process client enquiries, ensuring all required details are obtained and accurately recorded in the CRM.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client needs.
  • Develop and refine project specifications, advising on missing information and proposing practical solutions.
  • Confirm project approach, scope, and costings with clients.
  • Produce CAD layouts and sales drawings when required.
  • Maintain consistent, high‑quality standards in all work produced.
  • Source critical materials, check stock levels and lead times, and request samples as needed.
  • Follow up on quotes and ongoing projects to maintain momentum and client engagement.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee projects to ensure products are manufactured to client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams from enquiry through to production.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven project management experience within furniture manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Experience with costing/estimating systems is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, organised, and confident in driving projects forward.
