Salary: $20.00 to $38.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Overtime required, Early morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Various locations, Commercial, Institutional

Responsibilities:

  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Install sheet metal flashings
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms

  • Single ply sheet membrane roofing system
