Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in accessing learning across the curriculum, both in class and through targeted interventions
  • Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Help manage pupil behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere
  • Work with pupils with additional needs, adapting support to meet individual requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
  • Support the wider life of the school, including events, trips, and enrichment activities

  • Experience working with primary-aged pupils, including those with SEND
