About The Role
As Partnership Manager, you will help build and scale Atlar’s partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced revenue. Together with the Head of Partnerships, you will work around large ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) and the consultancy ecosystems surrounding them to identify partner opportunities, support joint go-to-market initiatives, and enable partnerships to drive new ARR for Atlar. This is a highly relationship-driven, outward-facing role, focused on sourcing new partners, building long-term relationships, and collaborating across deals, marketing, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, source, and onboard new partners that can drive qualified opportunities and ARR to Atlar
- Build and manage Atlar’s commercial relationships throughout lifecycle with:
- ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
- 3rd parties across the ERP ecosystems (e.g., implementation specialists, resellers and accounting firms)
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Between 3 – 7 years of commercial experience either from past roles related to partnerships, business development or sales
- Experience from partnership ecosystems, ideally from major ERPs
- Ability to discuss Atlar’s value proposition with comfort in navigating technical topics yourself with both partners and client prospects
- Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
- High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup
- Self-starter and motivator
Nice-to-Haves
- Native or equivalent proficiency in German, French, or Spanish
- Experience in payments or financial services

Role can be based in either our London (Fitzrovia) or Stockholm office. Flexible start date. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity.
