About The Role
Atlar is looking for a Revenue Enablement Associate to help us build and scale our revenue engine. You will own the operational backbone of our commercial team, making sure everyone has what they need to bring in new high-quality opportunities, close deals and scale fast. This is a junior/entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career or pivoting into revenue enablement.
What You’ll Do
- Remove Friction for the BDR Team: Act as the first point of contact for rep queries. Whether you’re building a specific report or troubleshooting a tool bug, you ensure nothing slows down our outbound engine.
- Fuel the Sales Pipeline: Build high-precision target lists using tools like Clay, Sales Navigator, and Apollo. You’ll ensure our sales team is always focused on the highest-leverage opportunities in the market.
- Optimize GTM Processes: Work directly with the GTM team to identify process gaps, surface "what’s broken," and design the fixes or improvements needed to scale.
- Drive Enablement & Adoption: Ensure the BDR team fully utilizes available resources and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Develop & Maintain Sales Assets: Create onboarding documents, playbooks, and training materials to accelerate BDR ramp-up time.
- Innovate with AI & Automation: Proactively identify manual tasks that can be handled smarter with AI or automation, then pilot and roll out internal solutions to boost performance.
