We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our growing team in London. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable adults within the community. - Supporting individuals with dementia care
- Delivering care to adults aged 65+
- Supporting individuals with physical disabilities
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- Assisting with palliative care
- Managing behaviours that challenge
- Supporting person-centred care planning
- Safe handling and administration of medicines
- Maintaining professional boundaries
- Safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Food safety and meal preparation

- Basic Life Support awareness and response
You will work closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, dignified, and respectful care delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential.
- Full training in Health & Social Care will be provided.
- Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
