Supporting personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
Preparing meals and supporting hydration.
Providing medication support in line with care plans, training and assessed competence.
Assisting with mobility and everyday household activities.
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable male and female Healthcare Assistants to support people in their own homes across Cumbria.
Applicants who do not live locally MUST be willing to relocate to Cumbria.
No previous experience is necessary. Training, shadowing and induction will be provided to help you develop the skills and confidence needed., A caring, respectful and compassionate approach.
Good communication skills, reliability and punctuality.
Willingness to learn and complete relevant training.
Availability for agreed shifts, including weekends where required.
Residence in Cumbria or willingness to relocate.
We cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK for this role.
Appointments are subject to satisfactory references, right-to-work checks and an enhanced DBS check.
