We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Front Office & Sales Associate to join our health tourism team in Scotland. In this dual role, you will welcome international patients and visitors while actively promoting our healthcare services and converting inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist international patients, visitors, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations: phone calls, emails, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
