This role focuses on providing high-quality care in both orthopaedic and medical ward settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients in orthopaedics and medical wards to promote functional recovery.
- Provide tailored treatment plans and facilitate safe discharge.
- Work independently to manage a caseload of complex cases.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions, promoting independence and well-being.
