Main Duties: Provide high-quality physiotherapy across acute inpatient rotations: Respiratory, Surgery, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Stroke, Acute Medicine, Elderly Medicine, and Urgent Care & Frailty. Participate in the evening and weekend respiratory on-call service. Conduct advanced assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for patients with complex conditions. Collaborate with Occupational Therapy colleagues for joint assessments and treatment plans. Manage a caseload independently, contributing to patient flow through board rounds and ward meetings. Identify patient care pathways and suitable discharge locations. Mentor Band 5 physiotherapists and supervise physiotherapy students. Support newly registered staff during their preceptorship.
