Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on inpatient or reablement wards
- Determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required.
- Parallel planning.
- Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans.
