Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Neuro Physiotherapist to work with patients with physical and cognitive impairments due to neurological conditions on acute wards, intensive care, and high dependency units. You will be working closely within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients with neurological conditions

  • Work on acute wards, intensive care, and high dependency units, managing your own caseload

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient rehabilitation plans

  • Support patients with acquired brain injuries (hypoxic and traumatic) and neurosurgical conditions

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with NHS or equivalent experience

  • Neurological experience is essential, ideally within neurology, acquired brain injury, and neurosurgery

  • Experience in intensive care and high dependency units is desirable

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in an MDT setting
