Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist for a community-based role at MPFT. The successful candidate will work across various community settings, providing patient-centered care and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions for patients in the community
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to support rehabilitation and recovery
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet individual needs
- Provide advice and education to patients, families, and carers
- Manage a caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions
Key Requirements:
