We are looking for a skilled and passionate Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Stroke Team at a leading trust in London. Description:

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist within the Stroke Team, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients recovering from stroke. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting specialized assessments and developing personalized rehabilitation plans for patients recovering from stroke.
  • Providing hands-on occupational therapy interventions to help patients regain their functional independence.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  • Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and strategies to support recovery at home.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of one year of neuro experience, preferably within a stroke rehabilitation setting.
