We are looking for registered nurses to join one of the established ward teams in one of the Trusts in South East England. Someone who is passionate about providing outstanding care for our patients.
Description:
- Providing skilled nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment, to ensure individualised and effective care is practiced.
- Contributing to the continuity of good team spirit and high standards of nursing care.
- Acts as a resource within the speciality of care of the elderly and rheumatology within the specialist division.
- Empowering junior staff to develop the highest possible level of clinical skills and facilitates communication within all care groups.
- Utilising the wards resources to promote excellence in practice and promotes and expedites quality issues relevant to the service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a General Nurse.
- Competent in providing high-quality care to patients.
- Experience in taking charge of a ward.
- Orthopaedic & Rheumatology experience.
- Experience in elderly care and rehabilitation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
