An account manager at Atlantis Health is responsible for building long-term client relationships through exceptional project delivery and acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts. The role focuses on understanding client objectives, stakeholder unmet needs and translating them into effective patient engagement and behaviour change solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams including creative, strategic, medical writers to manage effective delivery, to ensure high quality deliverables that are within budget and to timelines. Outside of project delivery, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients to proactively seek opportunities to add further value, contributing to account growth and client success.
Client service delivery- Leads the overall project execution as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client projects; leads status calls, client presentations, workshops and responds to project requests.
- Communicates requirements, timelines, issues, status, and progress to all project stakeholders (clients, internal AH, and external suppliers involved in projects).
- Ensures high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project while managing project timelines and ensuring all AH procedures and industry standards are followed.
- Proactively identifies and develops solutions for further opportunities and highlights potential issues.
- Provides insight and analysis on overall project status and client relationship, including sharing valuable insights and project results within AH.
- Leads financial management of the project, including opportunity planning, creating budgets, raising POs, reviewing cost estimates with external suppliers, raising invoices, and being accountable for profitability.
- Collaborates as a team player and supports across all agency functions in delivery and pitch work.
- Establishes and maintains trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders for individual projects and identifies opportunities to connect across client organisations.
- Identifies opportunities to expand Atlantis’ scope of work within existing clients, proactively submitting organic growth proposals and ideas within the Client Service team.
- Supports the development of new business opportunities (organic and new) through solution ideation, process mapping, budget creation, and attending pitches.
- Adheres to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures in the Workplace.

- Escalates any business risk as determined by policies and procedures.
- Contributes to compliance, governance, and quality improvements in the workplace as defined by our Quality Management System.

- Strong communication capabilities to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of the healthcare industry and the ABPI/EFPIA codes to be compliant and credible with leading pharmaceutical clients.
