We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our sales and business development teams. This position focuses on traditional marketing and client engagement rather than digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth by coordinating marketing materials, managing client communications, and supporting the wider sales function. Responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day administrative and promotional tasks
- Prepare marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and sales packs
- Assist with planning and organising trade shows, exhibitions, and client events
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency
- Manage stock of marketing collateral and promotional merchandise
- Conduct market and competitor research to support sales initiatives
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Track and report on marketing activity performance and sales leads
- Maintain and update CRM databases and client contact lists
