Atlantic Facilities & Maintenance Ltd. are currently recruiting electricians in the Belfast area. We provide reactive and preventive maintenance for our commercial clients in retail and commercial sectors. We have been established since 2011 and are growing year on year as we increase our customer base.

We are seeking field based electricians with a strong project management & estimating background to join the Field Service team reporting into the Operations Management team. The position is a full-time permanent position and the hours of work are 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. It is important to note flexibility around these core hours may be required on occasions to support the needs of the business. Ample overtime is available on top of the base salary.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience Required (Years): 3
  • Educational Level: Level 6 (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) OR Electrical Trade Qualifications, Fixed Wire / Period Inspections, Emergency Lighting
  • Additional Skills: access control systems; electrical testing; emergency lighting; fire alarm; general fabric repairs; pat; period inspection
  • Competency Skills: Problem Solving, Working on own Initiative
  • Ability Skills: Computer Literacy, Customer Service
  • Driving Licence: Full Clean
