We are currently recruiting a Predictive Maintenance Engineer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance related to condition based and predictive maintenance activities performing a continuous monitoring and analysis of critical equipment’s operating and tests data (vibration, noise, oil pressure and temperature, process parameters, tribology) for all assets ensuring that they are reliable.
- Help to develop a centralized data-driven predictive maintenance system based on historic operating data, failure history and tests results, for prognostics estimation of main equipment’s remaining useful life and of risk for existing and future failure modes.
- Contribute to audit, maintain, expand and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs supervising repairs, overhauls, outages and inspections and participating in trainings; promoting the documentation of lessons learned and staying abreast of eventual new tools and technologies in the state of the art.
- Develop new alarms or tools to effectively advance relevant failures and propose solutions to assure critical equipment’s lifetime maximization in the assets.
- Develop and implement centralized Machine Learning models, Data-Driven models, Physical Models and Analytics to diagnose and predict failures in main electrical equipment.
Education and Certifications
- Master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical or energy Engineering or equivalent degree.
- At least Category III vibration analyst certification.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - most of our work is in an international environment!
Experience and Technical Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M activities in wind assets or in thermal power/process plants providing technical assistance related to conditions based on predictive maintenance.
- SAP PM.
- Statistical algorithms, data processing and programming (C, Python, etc).
- Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Microsoft Office Level (especially Power BI).
- Engineering, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and Monitoring for Wind, Thermal, and Process Assets.
- With autonomy, initiative, self-efficiency, organizational, communication, team working, strong analytical and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and excellent client hands and communication abilities.
- With availability to travel abroad to visit our assets worldwide.
