Fast-forward to 2024, our client continues to advance following the successful launch of their innovative ChatGPT integrated product. They are now searching for a hugely ambitious Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive the company forward and achieve their global ambitions.
The Role
As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with a lively, diverse, and high-calibre Business Development team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and qualification, through to contract negotiations, deal closure, and management of future upselling opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise contacts to retain and grow existing revenue in addition to identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Work closely with your Sales Development Representatives and Marketing team to source the right contacts, create impactful messaging, and align your activities.
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, managing, and hitting your sales targets.
- Take responsibility for positively building client relationships over time as their go-to trusted advisor in the consumer insight space.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies for large client accounts and deliver on those strategies to build a strong and sustainable project pipeline.
- Build market knowledge and become a visible thought leader within the industry.
- Provide needs-based solutions and high-quality responses to RFPs from contextual understanding through to research approach and pricing.
- Create consultative pitch and presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and the unique solutions provided through the Client's community and technology platform.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of strategists, technology engineers and product managers to refine and innovate work processes that better serve clients and reinforce the company's USPs.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven Enterprise Business Development experience in which they were directly responsible for new business, revenue growth and building client relationships to create a strong internal pipeline.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience, ideally in a SaaS sales environment.
- Driven and hungry for both individual and team success, with a demonstrable history of consistently hitting and exceeding annual sales targets.
- Exceptional, concise communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills, including a proven track record of working with, influencing, and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
- Coachability and accountability - Open to feedback and eager to learn, you're able to quickly absorb information, and continuously improve your skills and performance.
- Passion for consumer insight - You have an interest in new technologies and the power of consumer data and insights as foundations for business growth.
- Pro-active - A self-starter who needs little guidance, can think quickly on their feet and is ready to pivot when required.
- Cognitive and emotional intelligence - Able to quickly adapt and view situations from multiple perspectives, enabling you to tailor the company's platform to meet a client's project requirements.
