Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Commercial Pipeline & Development: Track and manage all commercial opportunities generated by the CEO -- ensuring the pipeline is accurate, up to date, and visible. Help to keep prospect conversations warm between senior touchpoints -- follow up after meetings, maintain regular contact, and ensure Atlantic stays front of mind.
- CEO Support & Meeting Management: Prepare the CEO for prospect and client meetings -- researching attendees, preparing briefing notes, and ensuring he walks in fully prepared. Prepare PowerPoint presentations. Attend key meetings alongside the CEO, take detailed notes, and distribute clear actions with owners and deadlines. Be prepared to travel internationally. Follow up on meeting actions -- chasing delivery internally and externally. Act as a professional first point of contact for prospects engaging with the CEO’s office.
- Briefing & Internal Coordination: Write detailed, high-quality briefs that can be used by production and specialist teams to respond efficiently and accurately to client requirements. Coordinate across production, technology, and specialist teams for pitches, proposals, and research -- assembling the right people and materials to respond to opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Help manage the day-to-day relationship with prospects and active clients, with the CEO. Help build trusted relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Communicate clearly and promptly with clients following meetings -- ensuring they feel informed, valued, and confident in Atlantic’s responsiveness. Learn to conduct demos of Atlantic’s immersive content (VR, AR, MR) to clients and at events when required (training to be given). Travel to meetings, events, and presentations as needed.
- Reporting & Commercial Operations: Provide a structured weekly pipeline update to the CEO -- covering project status, activity, next steps, and any risks or blockers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications, meeting notes, and any other documentation. Produce monthly summaries of pipeline activity, conversion progress, and prospect development for the senior team.
Desirable Experience: Experience in creative, production, technology, or media industries -- or a genuine enthusiasm for working in a creative environment. Familiarity with film, tv, digital content and immersive technologies (VR, AR, MR). Experience with VIPs. Organised, calm with attention to detail with ability to contribute editorially and creatively.
