With a strong foundation in dual-diagnosis care, Clover offers a comprehensive continuum of programming including Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient services. The Opportunity

Clover Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and dependable Clinician to join their team at their Chelmsford location. This is a full-time, in-person role for a clinician who can carry a mixed caseload of mental health and substance use clients, facilitate groups with confidence, and manage their time and documentation independently. What You'll Do

  • Carry a caseload of 10-15 clients across mental health and substance use disorder presentations
  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based, person-centered approaches
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the clinical programming schedule
  • Participate in one evening IOP group per week as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity and quality of care
  • Manage your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

Required

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related social services field
  • Experience providing both mental health and substance use disorder treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload with consistent documentation compliance
  • Group facilitation experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedule and documentation without close oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

  • Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience in IOP, PHP, or structured outpatient behavioral health settings

Compensation and Schedule

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, with the ability to reach $90,000 based on experience, licensure, and qualifications. One evening IOP group per week may be required.
