Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversees team responsible for key financial functions related to revenue and receivables across various business areas.
  • Ensures practices align with revenue recognition guidelines
  • Identifies and addresses issues related to billing and revenue recognition
  • Prepares and reviews reports and financial entries as part of regular accounting cycles.
  • Supports the accurate and timely processing of financial documentation across projects.
  • Acts as a liaison for both internal teams and external partners on matters related to financial operations.
  • Provides guidance and support to staff, focusing on performance, growth, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Tracks team output and communicates insights to leadership.
  • Contributes to team development through coaching and training initiatives.
