Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees team responsible for key financial functions related to revenue and receivables across various business areas.
- Ensures practices align with revenue recognition guidelines
- Identifies and addresses issues related to billing and revenue recognition
- Prepares and reviews reports and financial entries as part of regular accounting cycles.
- Supports the accurate and timely processing of financial documentation across projects.
- Acts as a liaison for both internal teams and external partners on matters related to financial operations.
- Provides guidance and support to staff, focusing on performance, growth, and overall team effectiveness.
- Tracks team output and communicates insights to leadership.
- Contributes to team development through coaching and training initiatives.
