We’re seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate new business growth and drive market expansion across the U.S. for a fast-growing SaaS organization. This is a true hunter role , focused on identifying, engaging, and closing strategic opportunities within mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.

In this high-impact position, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process—building pipeline, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing high-value deals. You\’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, BDRs, and Solutions Engineering to win new logos and help shape the future of our go-to-market strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and close
  • Target and grow mid-market and enterprise accounts across the U.S.
  • Partner with BDRs to execute outbound campaigns and convert qualified inbound leads
  • Lead consultative discovery calls with senior marketing and digital decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored demos and compelling business cases
  • Navigate complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Provide feedback on messaging, ICP refinement, and go-to-market approach
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and results-driven sales culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years selling to marketing or digital teams
  • Proven success in closing complex, six-figure consultative deals
  • Experience selling martech, CDP, CRM, or data-driven platforms
  • Skilled in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling
  • A self-starter with a structured, strategic approach to sales
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment—comfortable building from the ground up
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional team player
