Die Rolle
Als Founder Associate arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern über alle zentralen Bereiche hinweg: Akquisition, Operations, Strategie und Skalierung. Das ist keine klassische Analystenrolle. Du bist nah an echten Entscheidungen, echten Betrieben und echten Ergebnissen. Eine Woche analysierst du einen potenziellen Erwerb und bereitest Gespräche mit Unternehmerfamilien vor. Die nächste entwickelst du ein Finanzmodell oder strukturierst den Dealprozess. Danach arbeitest du gemeinsam mit Produktionsleitern an Themen wie Automatisierung, Effizienz oder operativer Steuerung direkt im Werk. Du wechselst kontinuierlich zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung. Wenn du verstehen willst, wie industrielle Unternehmen wirklich funktionieren – und wie man daraus eine Plattform baut, wirst du hier in kurzer Zeit mehr lernen als in vielen klassischen Karrierepfaden.
