Responsibilities

1. Provide professional service and assistance to customers
2. Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
3. Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
4. Coordinate with line service personnel and pilots to meet all customer service needs

Qualifications

1. Customer service or hospitality experience
2. High school diploma or GED
3. At least 18 years of age
4. Valid state driver\’s license
5. Ability to perform basic math calculations
