Company Description
Atlantic Access focuses on empowering brands to expand their reach within Europe using a modern and efficient strategy. By helping brands connect directly with customers through online channels like their own websites and Amazon, Atlantic Access enables businesses to build their digital presence before pursuing large-scale retail distribution. The company manages local stock within Europe and handles payments on behalf of brands, offering a seamless process to establish a strong regional presence without additional effort from the brands. We've been doing it for 10 years and our average client relationship is 5 years long. We're a team of 14, with a dedicated Amazon team of 7. We're growing and we need someone who wants to own something, not just maintain it.
Role Description
You'll manage a portfolio of US brands on Amazon across EU marketplaces. This is a proper brand management role, not a task list. You'll own the client relationship end to end and be responsible for driving growth, not just keeping the lights on. That means understanding the deeper levers: CVR, stock health, keyword strategy, PPC impacts, listing optimisation, and coming up with new tests to run. You won't be doing PPC execution directly but you need to understand it well enough to direct it.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Owning client relationships and presenting strategy directly to brand founders and marketing leads
- Driving marketplace strategy across UK and EU Amazon
- Listing and content optimisation using SEO and conversion best practices
- Monitoring performance and turning data into clear actions
- Identifying growth opportunities across new products, markets, and tactics
- Working cross functionally with our PPC, marketing and logistics teams
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years hands on Seller Central or Vendor Central experience
- Has managed a brand doing £500k+ in annual Amazon revenue
- Comfortable with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa or similar tools
- Strategic thinker who can hold a client conversation at founder level
- EU marketplace experience is a bonus but not essential
What we offer:
- £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
- London location 2 days a week and flexible working
- A small tight knit team where your work actually matters
- Interesting brands (Rocketbook, Gel Blaster, Nomatic), fast moving startups with real growth potential.
If you've been stuck executing someone else's strategy and want to actually own something, this might be the right move.
