JOB PURPOSE:
At Reed & Mackay, we are building a service as exceptional as your ambition. We are dedicated to providing a
seamless, one‑stop experience for business travellers, regardless of how they travel or where they are going. We
are looking for a passionate Staff Product Manager, Billing to build and manage the products that enable our
billing workflows across the globe. This role is critical to ensuring our financial operations are efficient, accurate,
and compliant with a complex array of global regulations. You’ll work closely with talented engineers, finance,
legal, and other cross‑functional teams to build a robust and transparent billing framework that underpins our
global business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become the Reed & Mackay Billing Expert: You will be the internal subject matter expert on all things
related to billing, payments, and invoicing. You’ll define the product vision and roadmap to enable
seamless financial operations and global expansion.
- Own the Financial Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership of your product portfolio, from ideation to
launch and beyond. You’ll be responsible for the delivery and performance of billing features, including
forms of payment, VAT compliance, invoicing, and e‑invoicing, ensuring they meet the needs of our
business and our customers. - Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and operational teams
to deliver features that solve complex financial challenges. You will translate complex regulatory and
business requirements into a clear product vision that is both effective and scalable. - Innovate for Global Operations: You will spearhead the product strategy for our billing and commerce
initiatives, ensuring our tools support Reed & Mackay’s global growth and provide a best‑in‑class
experience for our clients.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience: You have extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of
successfully managing complex, cross‑functional project. - Financial & Regulatory Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of billing, payment systems, and
financial regulations, including experience with VAT compliance, invoicing standards (e.g., einvoicing), and forms of payment. - Analytical Skills: You are highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and
regulatory documents and translate them into actionable product requirements. - Execution and Leadership: You have a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs,
able to get work done in highly regulated and complex environments. - Problem‑Solver: You are passionate about investigating and solving complex, multi‑faced problems
and are eager to learn and utilize new tools and technologies. - Team Player: You are a strong communicator who can lead without managing, thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail is paramount.
