We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team. As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for all employees and visitors. This position involves a variety of tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and general support for the Facilities Manager.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labour tasks, including but not limited to removing wooden platforms, housekeeping duties, ground maintenance (fawn & flora), and basic use of hand tools.
- Assist with any other tasks as required by the facilities management team.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Always maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
