Role Overview: Oversee and coordinate daily operations of a warehouse client account, focusing on inventory management, order processing, warehouse coordination, compliance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Inventory Management: Maintain records, audits, and cycle counts. * Order Processing: Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and resolve shipment issues. * Warehouse Coordination: Manage goods receipt, storage, layout optimisation, and policy enforcement. * Data Management: Use WMS to track activities, prepare reports, and ensure HMRC compliance. * Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety checks, train staff, and uphold standards. * Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and build positive relationships.
