Who we are looking for:
Unistrut is looking for an experienced rolling mill setter/operator to support our continued growth.
What you'll do:
- Set and operate our roll forming equipment, presses and ancillary equipment
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern:
- Shift 1 – Monday -Thursday 6am -2pm and Fridays 6am-1pm
- Shift 2 – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Fridays 1pm-8pm
- Shift 3 - Sunday - Wednesday 10pm-6am and Fridays 10pm -5am
Hourly pay rate - £13.00 depending on experience, plus 22% shift allowance for day shifts.
