Who we are looking for: Logistics Team Leader responsible for Unitstrut and Flexicon pick, pack, and dispatch. Support inventory accuracy, warehouse housekeeping, process improvement, and customer complaints.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise the team to promote best practices and ensure reliable production.
- Lead and set operational standards, taking full accountability for performance.
- Develop and implement best practices and new processes for improved performance.
- Achieve departmental and site KPIs and SDP’s.
- Manage employee attendance, lateness, and conduct return-to-work interviews following company policies, including disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Represent the area and company during internal meetings, contributing to company development.
- Supervise pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
- Distribute workload according to plan adherence.
- Identify training needs and ensure effective delivery and record-keeping of training activities.
- Follow company escalation procedures.
- Implement 5S and lean tools and techniques.
- Support logistics team leaders in their absence with daily activities.
- Lead stand-down meetings.
- Report on performance to the Logistics Supervisor.
- Implement processes to reduce customer complaints.
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Promote and adhere to company core values and mission.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Reach and maintain FLT license.

Hours of work: 39 hours, Sunday to Wednesday 10pm-6am, Thursday 10pm-5am. Salary depends on experience.
