The Technology Deployment Advisor supports the identification, evaluation and deployment of emerging technologies across AtkinsRéalis and client programmes. Working closely with the Technology Deployment Lead, the role helps bridge the gap between technology development and operational use, ensuring new capabilities can be deployed effectively and deliver practical value. The role combines technology awareness, stakeholder engagement and deployment support, making it well suited to an individual in the early stages of their career who is interested in innovation, technology adoption and operational delivery.
Your role
- Support technology deployments, demonstrations, trials and pilot activities across internal and client projects.
- Work with technical specialists, project teams and operational stakeholders to understand deployment requirements and barriers to adoption.
- Assist in the development of deployment plans, readiness assessments and lessons learned.
- Undertake horizon scanning activities to identify emerging technologies, suppliers, products and market developments relevant to AtkinsRéalis and its clients.
- Support technology evaluations, helping assess opportunities for deployment, improvement or investment.
- Build relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers and delivery partners to support successful adoption of new technologies.
- Contribute to business cases, deployment proposals, capability development activities and innovation initiatives.
- Support the development of deployment processes, guidance and best practice to help create a repeatable and scalable deployment capability.
