Your Purpose

As a Technology Solutions Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of cutting-edge systems and technologies, ensuring their seamless deployment across the company. Their goal is to drive the adoption of internally developed systems and off-the-shelf technologies, ensuring their effective deployment across the company.

Responsibilities

• System Deployment and Automation: Spearhead the deployment of innovative systems and automation technologies to supercharge project and programme delivery efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various business units to share and maintain knowledge on the latest digital systems and groundbreaking innovations.
• Innovation and Differentiation: Proactively identify and initiate game-changing innovations to elevate our core services.
• Technical Leadership: Forge strong relationships with technical leaders to ensure our solutions meet the highest technical standards.
• Technology Adoption: Champion the deployment of technology across the UK to enhance delivery efficiencies and exceed client expectations.
• Client Advisory: Empower practitioners to advise clients on the most suitable technology deployments.
• Configuration and Integration: Play a pivotal role in the configuration, integration, and deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Standardisation and Best Practices: Advocate for consistency, standardisation, and best practices in technology use.
• Digital Skills Development: Drive initiatives to enhance digital skills and career pathways. Build custom applications, automate workflows, and evaluate data with finesse.
• Global Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across our global network.

What You Can Bring

• Construction Project Experience: Experience / knowledge of construction project delivery, project management or project controls, including planning, cost, risk, and change management.
• Process Transformation: Expertise in leading process transformation with a focus on digital solutions.
• Data Management: Strong technical acumen in data management, system integration, data preparation, and data visualisation.
• Data Presentation: Advanced skills in creating interactive and visually appealing management dashboards.
