Our projects span infrastructure, energy, and engineering sectors, and we actively drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as AR/MR/XR, SaaS tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms. To support our growing ecosystem of technology partners and suppliers, we are seeking a high-performing Partnerships & Onboarding Lead to lead critical functions around partner onboarding, compliance, procurement enablement, and business model alignment.

Your purpose

As part of the digital extended reality team, the successful candidate will bring a blend of commercial acumen, technical literacy, and strong communication skills, as well as a passion for contributing to the future pipeline of STEM talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • OEM & Technology Supplier Onboarding: Act as the primary interface with new and prospective hardware and software vendors (e.g., XR devices, SaaS providers, cloud platforms), lead end-to-end onboarding processes including security assessments and risk evaluation, review and verification of certifications, completion and tracking of supplier questionnaires and compliance checklists.
  • Procurement & Financial Vetting: Support procurement onboarding processes by gathering and verifying key information, including company registration details, credit ratings, and financial documentation, developing pricing models, license agreements, SLAs, and renewal terms, identifying contractual risk assessments, maintain a structured and auditable onboarding register for supplier due diligence.
  • Strategic Partner & Business Model Development: Identify new service model opportunities with suppliers and OEMs, exploring value-aligned partnerships such as co-branded offerings, OEM integrations, revenue share models and reseller agreements, develop and maintain a dynamic partner ecosystem with clear value propositions and integration pathways into our client solutions, collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into scalable, client-ready commercial models.
  • Internal & External Representation: Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and innovation forums — particularly where emerging tech (e.g., XR, AI, IoT) intersects with construction and safety, support and lead STEM outreach initiatives including university recruitment events, graduate hiring schemes, industry mentorship and coaching opportunities, work closely with marketing and comms teams to amplify partnership wins and promote our innovation story.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in OEM/software partner management, onboarding compliance, and alliance development, particularly with exposure to cloud architecture, SaaS models, and industry-standard security protocols. You will be responsible for driving the complete onboarding lifecycle of hardware and software suppliers, from due diligence and technical documentation reviews to contractual structuring and business service model alignment.
