Responsibility within one of our regional offices to work as part of the Property business Social Value team. Reporting to Head of Social Value and will be responsible for local Social Value within region and contributing to the national strategy.
Your purpose:
- Work collaboratively with the Head of SV and wider SV team to deliver on the PPS Property SV Strategy to align with corporate goals, regulatory requirements and community needs.
- Work collaboratively within region to provide full management of the local SV strategy.
- Bidding Activities- Write, review or contribute technical expertise to social value related questions for bids within your region or nationally.
- Create and maintain relationships and engage with stakeholders, communities and partner organisations.
- Delivery of Social Value Commitments- lead the facilitation and/or delivery of the social value commitments within your region.
- Supporting and participating in social value activities in different settings for example, schools, job centres, community organisations.
- Assist the Lead with internal and external marketing and comms programmes. Report and measure impact.

- Proven experience in social value leadership, preferably within the Built Environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experienced bid writer, able to work on all sizes of tenders.
- Strategic mindset with hand-on delivery experience.
- Experience in running events, facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Good team player and willing to support the team.
