Job Description

AtkinsRéalis have an exciting new opportunity to appoint a Service Line Director focused on our Desalination service line. The role of Service Line Director within AtkinsRéalis is a strategic role that is all about having a deep understanding of the relevant markets – where they are now and likely future direction – in order to maximise the value that AtkinsRéalis can bring to our clients across markets.

As Service Line Director you will work collaboratively with AtkinsRéalis technical teams to drive thought leadership across AtkinsRéalis and the industry – enabling technical best practice, knowledge sharing and process optimisation across the group. It is a role that brings together deep technical expertise with the relationship building skills required to develop relationships externally and internally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop technical expertise with a focus on creating the depth of capability to deliver value to our clients now and in the future.
  • Builds lasting and durable strategic partnerships with the client, adding significant AtkinsRéalis value to their agenda.
  • Be an ambassador for AtkinsRéalis at market relevant events; leveraging opportunities to build awareness of AtkinsRéalis capability.
  • Identify synergies and opportunities to collaborate with other SNC-Lavalin divisions and geographies.
  • Drive thought leadership, technical best practice, knowledge sharing, and process standardisation and optimisation across the discipline group.
  • Cultivate strong links to academia.
  • Act as Project Director on projects within technical field as required.
  • Ensure that the business has appropriate and robust technical leadership in place to assure the technical excellence of the work we do.
