Your Purpose:
- Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the entire project lifecycle.
- Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Lead communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
- Implement effective communication tools.
- Develop delivery plans, involve others, and ensure objectives are met.
- Challenge the status quo and perform to high standards in changing environments.
- Pursue continuous performance improvement.
What can you bring?
- Experience in Defence projects is desirable but not essential; we have a strong pipeline of work in this sector.
- Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with best practice Project Management techniques.
