Atkins Réalis Derby is seeking Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineers to lead teams on diverse, high‑stakes projects across the UK nuclear sector.

You will guide design and substantiation of mechanical equipment, working with cross‑disciplinary teams and embedding into client programmes.

In this role you’ll manage scope, schedules and risk, mentor junior engineers, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver right‑first‑time solutions that meet safety, quality and budget targets.
