Responsibilities
Lead project teams’ approach and direction.
Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices.
Communicate with clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support.
Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work.
Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design‑led.
Be hands‑on with mixed discipline projects and provide creative guidance and support when needed.
Help develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximizing potential.
Qualifications
Previous experience working on large‑scale mixed discipline projects.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience in UX and UI design with the ability to contribute to projects.
Strong layout and typography skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience with Agile development.
Team player who can build client relationships through thought leadership and problem solving.
Creative thinking, qualitative reasoning, pattern spotting, big‑picture thinking, and strong multitasking or single‑task focus.
Passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
