You’ll be responsible for planning, articulating, and executing marketing activities aligned with our employer brand and employee value proposition. You’ll manage tactical campaigns for specific business needs and organisation-wide priorities, developing and executing strategies to attract top talent through compelling campaigns showcasing our culture and values. This is a maternity cover role for up to 12 months. We have a flexible approach to working and there will be a requirement to work from the office twice a week, with a preferred office base of Birmingham, Bristol, or London.

Your Purpose:

  • Develop, plan, and execute experienced hire attraction campaigns.
  • Manage our content strategy, tools, and assets to elevate the employer brand.
  • Oversee and manage content for the career’s website, social media, and digital channels.
  • Media planning, buying, and measurement, working with the recruitment team to create ROI metrics and target outcomes to inform future media strategies.
  • Utilise CRM technology to design campaigns from lead to applicant, devising sophisticated communications to support recruitment, brand, and diversity.
  • Engage with copywriters and creative agencies where necessary.
  • Drive employer brand consistency and tone of voice across content, digital, and social media channels, working closely with the brand team.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners to understand business priorities and with communications colleagues and hiring managers.
